The 73mq energy class “A” apartment has 2 bedrooms – one double with balcony and one twin with bunk bed (without window) – a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a spacious bathroom. A living area with a magnificent balcony, large and livable and equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs and with breathtaking views of the Brenta Dolomites make the Panoramic luxury apartment the ideal place to relax and enjoy the nature that surrounds the beautiful town of Andalo. The elegant oak furniture, with attention to detail and personalized, makes the environment welcoming and familiar.
Built in 2018 and entered the first floor in a building of only five independent units, the apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area, and at the same time a few steps from the start of activities, such as hiking, mountain biking and skiing.

The Panoramic luxury apartment is located in a strategic area of Andalo in an old farm: maso Melchiori.
The main ski lifts for Paganella are 150 meters away. The two ski school camps Rindole and Laghet are easily reachable on foot in 3 minutes. Without using a car or bus you have direct access to the ski slopes (about 50m) and you can quickly start your activities such as hiking, mountain biking and skiing. Free parking spaces are available on site.
Within 300 meters there are several restaurants, bars, shops, bus / shuttle stops, ski rental, bike rental, Conad City supermarket and Skipass sale.
INFORMATION ON THE BRENTA HIGHLAND – PAGANELLA
Andalo is a town located on the Altopiano del Brenta-Paganella: it is dominated to the west by Piz Galin (2442 m), Campanile basso (2877 m) and cima Tosa (3173 m) and to the east by Paganella (2125 m). Its territory is part of the protected area of the Adamello-Brenta Natural Park. Andalo has experienced a remarkable tourist development, becoming in a short time a holiday resort of primary importance. Perfect as a starting point for your excursions, Andalo represents a Summer and Winter Tourist Resort of Excellence.
A few km from the town of Andalo, there is the town of Molveno famous for its lake. With a maximum depth of 124 meters, Lake Molveno is the deepest lake in Trentino and is the largest natural alpine lake located above 800 m a.s.l.
From 2011 to 2018 it was awarded by the Legambiente and TCI with the “5 sails” environmental quality mark and since 2014 it has been the “most beautiful lake in Italy” for the quality of the water, the beach, the services and the safety. This lake reflects the entire world of the surrounding mountains and is particularly striking thanks to the variety of blue and green colors.
